Help Without Overheads
Whilst we offer full outsourced services, we realise that not all business need or want that level of support.
Pay As You Go support can be truly ad hoc (you contact us), or it can also include proactive support (we contact you when we know something is wrong or security updates are required).
As an example of proactive support, we like to monitor backup reports so we know that your data is safe. If your back fails we check why and inform you of the problem and if there is going to be chargeable work involved.
PAYG is used by companies that have no internal IT support, as well as companies that do have internal IT support that either cannot resolve an issue or their IT support is on leave.
If you know you might need IT support urgently we also offer standby services.
We do not require pre payments, simply call us when you need us. We are here to help.
